ReplyDeleteYa, sis. Thanks a bunch. It is 10:15 p.m. and I just got done busting my big hiney (70 min workout) and I come to get some inspiration and THIS IS WHAT I GET!! (breathe stacy breathe) . After this game I am going to lay on the couch and not move for one whole week and then weigh myself and see if maybe that is a better option.
ReplyDeleteActually the story was interesting, I don't know if I completely buy it and I definately didn't agree with one of the messages "exercise can make you fatter". EATING makes you fatter, yes- you do get hungrier when you workout more but if you make good choices about what you are EATING you should be OK. I MEAN WHO EATS A STARBUCKS MUFFIN AFTER RUNNING?? Anyway, thanks for posting the article as I do think it is helpful to remember that you can't get away with eating crap just because you are exercising.
