everything is good. i am really liking the sleep and i am used to the water. i like the new habit and getting rid of the bad has been nice. the food plan is good too. who knows if i have lost any weight (i don't want to step on the scale yet), but i do like the healthy balance that i feel.
I am dreading the scale this week. I don't feel like I have lost any..makes me ticked. In fact, I mentally preparing myself for NO LOSS at all. I may develop a significant mental illness if that happens, however.
ReplyDeletei totally hear you. i am not even on my period any more. maybe there should be a week that you can pass if you feel like you will be mentally ill otherwise.
