My tummy feels happy.. (sigh)

Luke sampling my homemade pizza courtesy Aunt Sara-He would not have been so excited had I loaded his up with veggies, but he did concede to the carrots at least.

Sadie ate her entire plate, too!

A few days ago he said to me "Can't you just be normal and feed us fast food, or just not be so obsessed with vegetables."

Toppings for my pizza- grilled chicken, yellow squash, carrots, spinach, mushrooms, turkey bacon (had no turkey pepperoni), fresh diced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese and a tad bit of parmesan cheese. I made the crust with 2 cups white flour and the rest wheat flour and it turned out great. I really couldn't believe how good it was. And we have some leftovers for lunch tomorrow-YIPPEE!

Just what I had been craving.. the crust was crunchy, the cheese ooeey-gooeey, the veggies crisp and yummy.. So good. Thanks so much for the recipe.
